We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Distribution Center Associate. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Distribution Center, which serves as the backbone of our logistics operations.

About the Position

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy. Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting and assembling products, providing support to our field service team, and overseeing distribution packaging and labeling.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect products according to specified characteristics and standard work procedures.
  • Assemble products as instructed and adhere to related procedures.
  • Provide exceptional service support to our field service team.
  • Promote efficient packaging and labeling activities in the Distribution Center.
  • Maintain high standards to ensure all duties are completed on time.
  • Rotate among various functions as needed to meet daily standards.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances, including possible shift changes, as directed.
  • Foster strong working relationships with team members, sales force, customer service, and marketing personnel.
  • Support cycle counts and audits for inventory management.
  • Review documents such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders to route materials efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders to answer questions, disseminate information, take orders, and address complaints.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service, inventory, or a distribution/warehouse environment is preferred.
  • A combination of commensurate education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience in an automated distribution environment is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with radio frequency (RF) scanning equipment.
  • Familiarity with receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping functions.
  • Ability to operate bulk inventory handling equipment such as pallet jack trucks and forklifts.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Must be physically able to lift and/or move up to 30lbs.
  • Must be physically able to stand and walk for at least 45 minutes at a time.
