Job Title: Custodian

At SBM Management Services, we are seeking a skilled Custodian to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting.
  • Conduct surface care tasks, such as dusting, sanitizing, and polishing metal and wood surfaces.
  • Empty trash and recycle bins, and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
  • Replace light bulbs and restock supply cabinets and rooms.
