- Conduct regular assessments to identify and address any changes in resident condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document resident care and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
- Ability to ensure community follows all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to resident services and care.
- Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments.
- Dedication to seniors and their well-being is essential.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
