We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Summerhouse Bay Cove MC. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being are met.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care in accordance with the resident's plan of care, including comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring of the resident's condition, health promotion, and prevention coordination of services.
- Ensure the community follows all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to resident services and care.
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments.
- A dedication to seniors and their well-being is essential.
- Two years of LPN experience required.
- Two years of experience in assisted living or in a nursing home.
- Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
