About the Role

The Caregiver/Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing individualized care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. This includes assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, personal hygiene care, transportation assistance, and other light duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No prior experience necessary; orientation and training provided
  • Eighteen years of age or older with a valid driver's license
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work responsibly with confidential information
  • Accountability, reliability, and ability to work independently with good judgment
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
Physical Requirements

This position requires:

  • Sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms
  • Talk and listen
  • Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision
  • Lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
  • Ability to type on a computer keyboard
  • Noise may be moderate to loud
  • Temperatures in home-like or office settings may vary
