Position: Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to join our pediatric healthcare team. This role is essential in ensuring our young patients receive the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients by providing essential information and support.
- Manage medical supplies inventory and perform routine maintenance on medical equipment.
- Confirm patient details through interviews, recording medical histories, and verifying the purpose of visits.
- Prepare patients for examinations by conducting preliminary tests, including measuring blood pressure, weight, and temperature, and summarizing patient histories.
- Safeguard patient information by maintaining confidentiality and managing medical records accurately.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to established standards and legal regulations.
- Maintain supply readiness by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and confirming deliveries.
- Keep medical equipment functional by following operating instructions and performing preventive maintenance.
- Enhance professional knowledge through ongoing education and reading relevant publications.
- Support the practice by adhering to professional standards and facility policies.
- Contribute to the practice's reputation by embracing new challenges and exploring ways to enhance job performance.
Working Conditions:
Standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM. Benefits include health insurance, two weeks of paid time off, and all major holidays off.

Education and Experience Requirements:

- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and medical terminology
- Previous experience in a pediatric medical environment is advantageous
