Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Collections & AR Strategist. This role will play a key part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by managing accounts receivable and collections processes. As a Senior Collections & AR Strategist, your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing strategies for managing accounts receivable and collections processes.
  • Conducting B2B collections and negotiations to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Performing account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Utilizing advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate reports, and track performance.
  • Applying cash applications to accurately record payments received.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve billing issues and improve processes.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key metrics related to accounts receivable and collections.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
