We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Navigator to join our team at the Breast Center at Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. As a RN Navigator, you will play a vital role in coordinating cancer patient care and acting as a patient advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients through screening/diagnostic evaluation and assist them with navigation through healthcare systems.
  • Provide education and emotional care supportive to or restorative of life and well-being.
  • Identify and support in the development of programs and services to enhance patient care and support.
  • Provide education for general surgery patients.
Requirements
  • California Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 3 years Clinical nursing experience as Registered Nurse
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN)
  • 3 years Outpatient experience in a healthcare setting
  • Oncology experience
