Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair home appliances to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Provide technical support to customers and ensure their satisfaction with our services
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control to ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborate with our OEM partners to resolve technical issues and improve our services
Requirements
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from work
  • Experience with hand tools and light-powered equipment
  • Ability to lift approximately 75-80 lbs on your own
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including overtime
