Salary Range
$95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Costume Fabrication Leadership Position at Universal Studios Hollywood. This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Sr. Manager, Entertainment Costuming and take on a leadership role in the development and implementation of costumes for various entertainment productions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a costume department or equivalent, with a strong background in costume technology, maintenance, care, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide direction and support to the Entertainment Costume Operations and Costume Fabrication teams
* Oversee and manage the day-to-day costume operations of multiple venues and/or areas
* Partner with the Entertainment Production team on the development of new costumes for marquee events and special projects
* Ensure that all elements meet high-quality standards and quantity needs are met
* Liaise with Intellectual Property holders, vendors, and internal partners on all issues related to Entertainment Costuming

Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in a costume department or equivalent
* Strong background in costume technology, maintenance, care, and operations
* Managerial or supervisory experience of multiple departments and personnel
* Ability to read, interpret, and follow documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions
* Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
* Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
* Strong time management skills
* Demonstrates ability to work independently under pressure; proactive thinker/self-starter
