- Oversee the performance and development of staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Responsible for a range of supervisory functions, including performance evaluations, staff training, and adherence to organizational policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in property negotiations, acquisitions, and asset management.
- Certification as a Right of Way Agent or similar designation is preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
