Duke Health's Kernodle Clinic Gastroenterologist

Duke Health's Kernodle Clinic is seeking a skilled Gastroenterologist to join our established GI practice. Our clinic is a leading multi-specialty practice in the region, with a strong referral base and a thriving patient population. As a Gastroenterologist at Kernodle Clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of physicians and advanced practice providers to deliver high-quality patient care. Our state-of-the-art facilities and equipment ensure that you will have the resources you need to provide exceptional care. The hired physician will be based at our main office, with procedures performed at Alamance Regional Medical Center (ARMC) located adjacent to the clinic. Both facilities are well-equipped with Olympus equipment and dedicated anesthesia services. The practice currently has three GI physicians and four Advanced Practice Practitioners (e.g., Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner). On average, the GI Department call consists of six consults and a typical inpatient census of eight. Hospital consults and inpatient rounding are handled by the department Physicians and APPs. Practice call is 1:6 nights and weekends. The Kernodle Clinic is a great place to work, with a strong commitment to attracting and retaining a diverse staff.
