Casual Tractor Trailer Drivers are part of a strong, national team and play a key role in our operations. They drive a tractor trailer from one UPS location to another or to a customer on an established route before returning to their original location. This role offers a great opportunity to work with a well-maintained fleet of trucks and enjoy a reliable schedule.
What It Takes
To succeed in this role, you'll need a valid CDL license in your home state, a doubles/triples endorsement may be required depending on the location. You'll also need to pass the DOT physical and have reliability, responsibility, and a love of truck driving. Additionally, you'll need to comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.

Permanent, full-time small package delivery drivers receive an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
