Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Supervisor.
The IT Supervisor:
- Oversees the general maintenance, updates, enhancements, troubleshooting, and resolution of PCs, networks, telephone systems, and associated software.
- Facilitates the resolution of technical issues by either resolving them personally or coordinating with external resources when necessary.
- Researches the costs associated with new systems and proceeds with acquisitions following established purchasing protocols.
- Maintains an inventory of PCs and related equipment by location to assist in negotiating service contracts.
- Coordinates the proper disposal of outdated equipment.
- Sets up email accounts for new management personnel.
- Ensures compliance with corporate IT policies and procedures.
A formal education and specialized training in computer systems, networks, and software are required, with hotel experience preferred.
Additional qualifications include:
- Proficiency in utilizing Lotus Notes, Windows operating systems, Delphi, Microsoft Office, and other widely used PC software.
- Understanding of LAN/WAN networks utilizing TCP/IP protocol; Citrix experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate, service, and maintain office equipment such as PCs, telephones, printers, copiers, fax machines, typewriters, and cell phones.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with vendors, customers, and team members.
- Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
- Capability to instruct and guide other team members regarding computer systems and applications.

Compensation Range
The salary for this position ranges from $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
