We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Casa Real Center in Santa Fe, NM. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage and provide safe patient care
- Participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating ways to achieve patient goals and minimize rehospitalizations
- Mentor and educate nurses, working with physicians and other medical professionals, and serve as a resource to all staff within the nursing unit
- Oversee medication management to ensure adequate supplies and adherence to Genesis policy
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- At least one year of nurse leadership experience
- Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the nursing center state
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification
- Competitive hourly rate: $37-$46
