Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frozen Food Department Manager to join our team at The Golub Corporation. As a key member of our grocery department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the day-to-day operations of the frozen food section, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and helpful service to all customers
  • Assist the Grocery Manager with the operation of the frozen food section, including product merchandising, pricing, stocking, signing, planograms, displays, rotation, and inventory levels
  • Assist with the ordering of all merchandise and supplies for the frozen foods area and meeting transmission times
  • Unload frozen food merchandise from trucks and maintain a high level of customer courtesy and service at all times
  • Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives
