About the Role:

  • Design and implement evidence-based care strategies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform clinical practice decisions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in adult population care.
  • Certification in specialty area (e.g., Critical Care, Medical-Surgical Nursing).
  • RN license in VA or compact/multi-state eligible.
