Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Fitness Specialist to join our team in Pacific Palisades. As a Fitness Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness services to our members, including guided workouts, fitness assessments, and customized training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional fitness services to members, including guided workouts and fitness assessments.
  • Create and coach personalized training programs tailored to individual member needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized fitness floor, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for members.
  • Attend Continuing Education classes to stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and techniques.
Requirements

To be successful as a Fitness Specialist, you must have:

  • A nationally recognized Personal Training certification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer and technology skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
