PACU Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at Goshen Health. As a PACU Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients recovering from various surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based care to patients in the PACU, including assessment, airway management, fluid management, and sedation and analgesia.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure seamless patient care and continuity.
• Practice professional nursing at an excellent level, adhering to the Goshen Health nursing model of care and the Department of Nursing's philosophy.
• Embody the mission, vision, and values of Goshen Health and the Department of Nursing.

Requirements:

• Registered nurse with a valid Indiana State RN license.
• Minimum one to two years of experience related to the unit of hire.
• AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
• ACLS and PALS required within one year of hire.
