Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Midwest Advanced Radiology Center. As the primary point of contact for patients and referring physicians, this individual will provide exceptional service while ensuring efficient patient flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process patient check-in and check-out efficiently
  • Verify insurance and referral information, entering updates into our RIS system
  • Collect co-payments and other payments for services rendered
  • Balance cash and credit card receipts, preparing bank deposits as needed
  • Cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary
  • Greet patients, register them, and process related paperwork
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Previous medical office experience with knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our full-time benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
