Rochester Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our facility.

Responsibilities
  • Record and maintain accurate health information for residents, including vital signs and temperature readings.
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed, promoting optimal healing and comfort for residents.
  • Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
Requirements
  • Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Valid New York State LPN license.
  • In good standing with the State Registry.

Rochester Center is a 124-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that offers comprehensive short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing services. Compensation

$27.68 - $31.75 per hour, with an additional $0.50 shift differential for evening and night shifts.
