Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced rehabilitation travel nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing supervisors, and co-workers to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in discharge planning and provide education to patients and families.
  • Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
  • Initiate appropriate nursing interventions and provide patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay.
Requirements
  • Active state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
  • ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of acute care or inpatient rehab experience.
  • Preferred: completion of at least one 13-week contract.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
