Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement effective interventions to promote patient recovery and independence
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • Graduation from an accredited BSN or ADN program
  • Minimum six months' experience in an acute care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Anderson Rehabilitation Institute is a 34-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital that provides comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. Our team is dedicated to helping patients recover from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. We offer customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of our patients.
