Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and success in creating and implementing core internal communications, change management, and employee engagement strategies
  • Expertise in creating and delivering communication strategies and plans in fast-paced, global, regulated organizations
  • A strong executive presence and authority in communicating with all levels of management and employees
  • Influence with leadership decisions through sound, informed judgment and fact-based advice about Employee Communications strategies
  • Expertise in the benefits and drawbacks of different communication mediums and channels
