Job Summary:
As a Deburr Technician at Stellar Technology Services, you will be responsible for deburring and polishing machine parts to ensure high-quality finishes. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be essential in meeting production rate requirements while maintaining workmanship standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and examine completed parts to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments.
  • Work directly with supervisors and management representatives to achieve production goals.
  • Follow documented instructions and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Operate finishing equipment safely and efficiently, and perform 100% visual inspections on all parts processed.
  • Report defective parts as scrap and communicate with management to address excessive scrap issues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in finishing production parts.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools, and comprehend metal surface finishes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
