Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may impact project delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Business discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of project management experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain data within current ERP system; proficiency with SAP preferred.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing type contracts, preferably in the machine tool, automation, and/or industrial washer industries.
  • Working knowledge of equipment, process, and commonly used design practices for Balancing Equipment and Automation.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, and software engineering terms and principles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Intermediate leadership capabilities and an ability to work with all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to resolve conflict while keeping relationships intact.
  • Domestic and International travel to customer sites, which may include weekends and holidays.
Work Environment
  • Work primarily done in an office environment.
  • Occasionally walks into shop area where possible exposure to hazards such as electrical equipment, cranes, forklifts, high voltage, chemicals, biohazards, and manufacturing equipment.
