While some sales experience and a degree with general business courses are helpful, our mix of in-house and virtual new agent training schools, paired with continuing industry education courses, helps you build the foundation necessary to launch your agency.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on your performance and the size of your agency. This is a great opportunity to earn a good income and achieve financial stability.
