  • Collect and sort used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
  • Load and unload dishwashing machines, ensuring proper operation and maintenance.
  • Wash specific items by hand, such as wooden cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china.
  • Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
  • Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils available, especially during peak hours.
  • Monitor and report any technical issues with washing machines or other kitchen equipment.
  • Remove trash and recyclables regularly.
  • Sanitize the kitchen area, including floors and surfaces.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Dishwasher or in a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines.
  • Ability to follow instructions and assist with various tasks as needed.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
