We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at Tradesmen International, Inc. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment, including cranes, forklifts, excavators, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete construction projects
  • Dig pits, trenches, and holes as directed, and restore and landscape disturbed areas
  • Rough and finish grade, asphalt paving, unloading and transporting materials, and pipe laying
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the construction team

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the field, with a strong background in operating heavy equipment
  • PPE must be worn at all times
  • CDL and certifications are preferred, but not required
