We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA therapist to join our team in the Highland area.
As an RBT with Happy Hearts ABA, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of children with autism and their families.

Happy Hearts ABA is dedicated to providing high-quality ABA services to individuals with autism and related disorders. Our approach prioritizes the needs of our clients and their families, ensuring a supportive and collaborative environment for growth and development.
Salary and BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate: $23.50-$27 per hour, paid biweekly, depending on experience and availability.
We offer a range of benefits, including:
- Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance for full-time employees after 30 days
- 401(k) for full-time employees after 3 months
- PTO and unpaid time off to ensure work-life balance
We also provide ongoing training and support to help you grow in your career as an RBT.
About the RoleThis role involves working directly with children with autism, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.
You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including homes and community-based environments, and will be supported by experienced BCBAs and supervisors.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- RBT Credential with active or inactive status through the BACB (we cannot assist with obtaining or reinstating expired credentials)
- Reliable transportation within the greater Highland area, with afternoon availability preferred
- A passion for doing ABA right, with a commitment to acting with intention and empathy in every interaction
