Achievers ABA is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a BCBA who will be responsible for developing effective treatment plans, providing supervision and training to staff, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality services.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client
  • Provide regular supervision and training to direct care staff to ensure accurate implementation of treatment protocols
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services
  • Analyze data to determine program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with organizational, state, and federal regulations
Requirements:
  • Hold a certification as a BCBA or BCaBA and be in good standing with the BACB
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
