  • Assist with supply chain risk management and the development of a Business Continuity Playbook (BCP) to minimize disruption and maximize resilience, protecting the company's interests and reputation.
  • Support inventory management projects by monitoring material movements, reviewing lot sizes & safety stocks, and maintaining lead times, ensuring accurate and timely inventory management.
  • Support production scheduling by identifying cycle variances and short-term capacity factors, optimizing production planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with strategic planners to build trajectory and asset plans for each business unit, driving business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program from an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date on or after spring 2026.
  • Majoring in Supply Chain, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Students with a GPA at or above 3.0 will be given priority consideration.
  • Ability to integrate business acumen with technical skills, leveraging analytical tools and data visualization techniques to drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and imperfect data, using analytical skills to drive insights and recommendations.
