Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist for Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with children and their families, providing personalized therapy services in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to children with various diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, and Developmental Delays.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help children achieve their goals and improve their functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based interventions.
Requirements
  • Unencumbered license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state where you will be working.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated passion for working with children and their families.
