Job Summary:
We're looking for a dedicated and results-driven hotel front desk manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing room bookings, managing guest relations, and maintaining a high level of service quality.

About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our hotel's front desk team, where you'll have the chance to make a real impact on our guests' stays. You'll work closely with our housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are prepared for new guests and handle any customer complaints that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee room bookings and manage guest relations
  • Lead a team of front desk agents to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain a high level of service quality and resolve customer complaints
  • Work with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are prepared for new guests

Qualifications:
  • Exhibits leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
  • 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent or supervisor preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities

Compensation:

$18 hourly
