Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at VitalCaring. As a key member of our home health care team, you will work closely with patients to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and implement patient-specific care plans
  • Deliver high-quality skilled care to patients, focusing on activities of daily living (ADLs), range of motion (ROM), strength, coordination, and functional mobility
  • Document care delivery daily in our electronic medical record (EMR) system
  • Contribute to a culture of caring through individual accountability and teamwork
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an associate degree in occupational therapy
  • Current state license to practice occupational therapy, valid state driver's license, and auto liability insurance
  • One year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
