Responsibilities:- Deliver occupational therapy services as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and patient goals.
- Collaborate with the patient, family, and other healthcare team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Train patients and caregivers in therapeutic techniques and activities.
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Valid state occupational therapy assistant license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
