About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Construction Project Manager III to join our team at White Construction. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for directing and managing the overall construction project from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire construction project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the project is delivered successfully.
  • Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring their requirements are met and they are satisfied with the final product.
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in a safe and controlled manner, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget and that any variances are identified and addressed promptly.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned with project progress.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction professionals. Proficient in construction management software and tools.
