Salary
The salary for this position ranges from $21 an hour with shift differential pay available. After completion of the first 40 hours, a $120 sign-on bonus will be rewarded. Additionally, we offer competitive pay, referral pay, and a weekly pay schedule.
Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at one of our long-term care facilities in Kitty Hawk, NC. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing basic nursing care to residents within the scope of your responsibilities and performing basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.
Your primary duties will include assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and documenting resident information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience as a Nurse Aide in long-term care. You should also be able to communicate effectively with residents and nursing staff, and have the ability to read and write.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you must be listed on the NC State Registry as a Nurse Aide in good standing.
