Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist with experience in Home Health settings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. As a Physical Therapist at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center, you will be responsible for evaluating patient progress, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing therapy services.

Responsibilities
Our Physical Therapist will perform the following duties:

• Evaluate patient's physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans
• Conduct ongoing therapy sessions to promote patient recovery and rehabilitation
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements
To be successful as a Physical Therapist at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center, you must have:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• One or more years of experience in a Home Health setting
• Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy
• Certification in CPR

Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This position also includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
