Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough occupational therapy evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients, including consultation, education, and training.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
No prior experience required.
