Unity Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a clinic setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care under the direct supervision of a physician.
Key Responsibilities- Prepares for procedures, anticipating medical supplies required
- Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery
- Serves as a resource nurse when oriented and directed
- Supports the organization's mission, vision, and values
- Applies knowledge of patient's age, cultural diversity, spiritual, and emotional needs into patient care
- Contributes to quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques
- Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification
- Demonstrated knowledge, training, and skills necessary for neonate, child, adolescent, and adult patient care
- Effective decision-making, assessment, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multidisciplinary team members, patients, and physicians
The Registered Nurse will work in a fast-paced clinic environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. The nurse must be able to work under stressful conditions and adapt to changing priorities.
Physical RequirementsThe physical demands of this position include balancing, climbing, crawling, crouching, grasping, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, standing, stooping, and repetitive movements. The nurse may be required to carry or lift weight up to 50 lbs and push/pull lbs.
