Perham Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in both acute care and outpatient settings, providing rehabilitation services to patients with various needs.
About the RoleThis full-time position requires a licensed Physical Therapist who can effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to implement and supervise physical therapy plans of care, participate in performance improvement activities, and maintain good consumer relations.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function and promote rehabilitation.
- Implement and supervise physical therapy plans of care.
- Communicate with other staff, departments, and physicians to ensure coordination of services and patient care.
- Participate in performance improvement activities, including identification of potential opportunities to improve care or service.
To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and licensed through the State of Minnesota. You should also be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and act in a positive, professional manner.
Work ScheduleThis position requires a full-time commitment of 80 hours per biweekly pay period, primarily Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. A weekend and holiday rotation is also required.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
