Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 per year, plus benefits, which include health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement plan options, life insurance, long-term disability, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), scholarship opportunities, funeral/jury duty/military leave, and more.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will have an acute care and outpatient focus, working to restore function, prevent disability, and promote rehabilitation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and conducting medically prescribed physical therapy programs.
  • Implementing and supervising Physical Therapy plans of care.
  • Communicating effectively with other staff, departments, and physicians to ensure coordination of services and patient care.
  • Participating in performance improvement activities, including identifying opportunities to improve care or service.
  • Maintaining good consumer relations through patient education, satisfaction services, and community health and wellness educational programs.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and licensed through the State of Minnesota. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate the ability to treat pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations.

Work Schedule and Benefits

This is a full-time position, requiring 80 hours per biweekly pay period. The primary schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with a weekend and holiday rotation. We offer a healthy work environment, promoting quality in ourselves and those we provide care to.
