Position Overview:

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to deliver essential design support for Site Development projects, particularly in partnership with our Architectural clients.

  • Conducting design calculations and project planning
  • Managing project timelines and deliverables
  • Preparing comprehensive technical reports
  • Coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines, architects, and clients
  • Drafting construction plans and specifications
  • Overseeing construction inspections and administration
  • Conducting site visits and public presentations

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is essential.
A professional engineering (PE) license is mandatory.
Proven experience in site/civil design projects for architectural clients is necessary.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with a focus on roadway, utilities, and site grading design is expected.

Preferred Skills and Certifications:
Experience in business development
Knowledge of land use planning
Background in construction or construction inspection
Familiarity with stormwater management and treatment
Expertise in site grading and drainage plans using ACAD Civil 3D
Ability to integrate ACAD Civil 3D with Revit
Experience in coordinating with architects on site civil projects
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
