As Director of Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement clinical operations strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Lead a team of clinical professionals to provide exceptional patient care services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of clinical and business operations
- Monitor and analyze clinical performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence
- Registered nurse with current licensure to practice in the state
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a healthcare setting
- Proven track record of leadership, strategic planning, and team management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
