Work Schedule: This position entails four 9-hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, along with one 4-hour shift, with the flexibility to work at various clinic locations.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program.
  • Certification from a recognized national certifying body (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA, etc.) is mandatory.
  • Possession of a current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified credential is essential, or the ability to secure this within six months of employment.
  • Current BLS certification for healthcare providers is required.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $29.06.

Benefits: We offer a competitive Total Rewards Program. Eligibility for benefits is determined by factors such as position type and full-time equivalent (FTE). Employees who qualify for benefits will have access starting on the first of the month following one month of employment. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, long-term disability, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance programs, and various supplemental benefits. Additionally, we provide a 401k retirement plan with employer contributions after the first year of employment. Employees accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) and Personal Time based on hours worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full-time staff and 200 hours for full-time supervisors and above, with increases in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are prorated based on FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked. Employees also enjoy up to six paid holidays per year, depending on their schedule.
