About the Role:

As a CBRE Building Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This involves performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure the systems are functioning efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operation of building systems.
  • Develop and implement energy management programs to reduce energy consumption.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and company directives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school diploma or associate's degree preferred.
  • 4-5 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
  • Universal CFC certification preferred.
  • Certifications/licenses as required by local or state jurisdictions.
  • Ability to lift/carry heavy loads (50 lbs or more).
