Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Structural Project Manager to join our team in West Des Moines. As a Structural Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading structural design projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead structural design projects for a wide range of building types, including commercial, educational, healthcare, residential, and industrial projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and designers.

Requirements

  • Licensed Professional Engineer or Structural Engineer.
  • Experience in structural design using steel, concrete, wood, and masonry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership experience is highly preferred.
