Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests by processing orders, managing cash and credit transactions, and preparing beverages and desserts while responding promptly and respectfully to all customer needs.
  • Deliver meals to guests at their tables or designated pick-up areas, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness in your work area, dining space, parking lot, restrooms, and play area.
  • Restock necessary items such as sauces, cups, and lids to ensure smooth operations throughout your shift.
  • Effectively lead and manage a team to serve our guests while upholding our operational standards to deliver outstanding hospitality and guest experiences.
  • Oversee deliveries.
  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members on policies and procedures, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Open and/or close the restaurant, taking charge of the shift as a key holder.

Qualifications:

  • Must be hardworking, team-oriented, friendly, honest, and possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is necessary.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, with time off considered for special requests.
  • Preferred candidates will have at least one year of prior experience in restaurant management or leadership roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
