Your Responsibilities
  • Support the strategic orientation and further development of Human Resources Transformation in the international area, focusing on HR Reporting.
  • Collaborate with the IT, Analytics, and Controlling departments to identify and implement new HR key figures and reports.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the team and interface partners to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Assist in creating evaluations, documentation, and presentations to support business decisions.
Your Profile
  • Studies in business administration or a comparable field with a focus on human resources and/or controlling.
  • Basic knowledge of HR key figures and metrics.
  • First experiences in SAP HCM or similar HR systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with advanced data analysis skills.
